Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated apply from the time of the shipping confirmation. Orders received by 2:00 PM on working days are usually shipped on the same day.

Shipping Partners

We ship our packages with the following shipping service providers:

• DHL
• DPD
• Hermes (only for smaller shipments)

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your delivery online.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only deliver within Germany. An expansion of our delivery area to other EU countries is planned for the future.

Partial Deliveries

If not all ordered products are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In this case, you will not incur any additional shipping costs. You will be informed about partial deliveries by e-mail.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number. With this number, you can track the current status of your delivery on the website of the respective shipping service provider.

Delivery Problems

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time or if other problems occur during delivery, please contact our customer service. We will endeavor to find a solution immediately.

In case of absence, your package will be delivered to neighbors or deposited at a branch for collection, depending on the shipping service provider. In this case, you will receive a notification.

Packaging

We attach great importance to sustainability and therefore use environmentally friendly packaging materials. Our shipping cartons are made of recycled material and are fully recyclable.
