Returns & Exchanges

Right of Return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

How the Return Works

Register Return

Log in to your customer account and select the order you want to return.

Print Return Label

Print the return label and enclose it with your return or stick it on the package.

Drop off Package

Drop off the package at a branch of the specified shipping service provider and keep the receipt.

Return Costs

The costs for the return are borne by the customer. In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will of course bear the costs for the return.

The costs for a standard return within Germany are a flat rate of €4.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made within 5-7 working days to the payment method originally used.

Please note that the credit may take different lengths of time depending on the bank and payment method:

  • Credit card: 3-5 working days
  • PayPal: 1-2 working days
  • Instant transfer: 3-5 working days
  • Invoice: The open invoice will be canceled or the amount already paid will be refunded

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. a different size or color), you have two options:

  1. Option 1: Return the item and indicate in the return form which item you would like to receive instead. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you the desired replacement item, provided it is available.
  2. Option 2: Return the item and reorder the desired replacement item. This option is particularly recommended if you want to make sure that the desired item is available.

Conditions for Returns

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and without damage.
  • All labels and price tags must still be attached to the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return must be registered within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear and jewelry are excluded from exchange if the seal has been removed.

Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Please attach photos of the faulty item to your complaint so that we can process the case more quickly.

In the case of justified complaints, you have the choice between replacement delivery, repair or refund. We will of course bear the costs for the return in this case.
